Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)

The concept of EDMS was developed to drastically reduce the ever-growing volume of paper documents and cabinet space, and at the same time, dramatically improve document life, seek time and simultaneous access by several parties. File management, document reference and updating would be simplified, along with workflow tracking.

Our system is available for a standalone PC and up to more than 100 users’ networked versions. The software is open in nature and works with most scanners in the market. Being developed locally, it allows for a quick modification or addition of features and version updates. Additional features include barcode recognition, automatic data collection from survey forms and ODBC integration to allow imaging capabilities for existing MIS systems.
