Computer Maintenance Contract / Computer-Network Help Desk

WE offer several options in Computer Hardware Maintenance Contracts to suit various levels of needs and budgets. We offer both onsite computer maintenance as well as online troubleshooting. We can work with SOHOs with one computer to a Multi National Company with several hundreds of computers and several dozens of Servers. (Please also check with us on our Software Maintenance options as well. We currently support one UK and one Local software house.)

This computer support service is based on the three approaches of scheduled preventive maintenance, standby equipment and dedicated technical and computer Help Desk services. Depending on the size of the company, we can be contracted from a quater to a year of services. Together with our Network Consulting and Computer Support Services, our clients are saved from anxiety when problems appear in their Local Area Network and/or Microsoft based application software programmers.

There has also been instances where we provide network consultancy support to other IT companies or our clients when they were short on manpower for adhoc projects or looking to jumpstart their learning curve on equipment or specialised software solutions.

Our service has been variously known as Business Maintenance Services, Business IT Support, Computer Hardware Repair or Support, Computer Cleaning & Services, Computer Maintenance Agreements and even Computer Repair Shop!

In case you have come to this page looking for someone to do Home Computer Repair, we do have to apologize that we are not able to support you; unless you are already a client and we do have an agreement to cover such an eventuality.
