JCS Microsystems Pte Ltd is in the business of providing outsource PC and LAN troubleshooting and HelpDesk services to MNCs and SMEs in Singapore and ASEAN. HelpDesk Services can be for both hardware and software and we provide it at two levels.
Level One HelpDesk Service refers to JCS' support to foreign computer companies in providing top level and close support services to their clients in Singapore and ASEAN. For Copitrak Systems, this began in 2002. For Imagine Systems Sdn Bhd, this began in 1998. JCS has a wealth of experience in cross borders support projects, and with clients such as WHO and Crown Agents (UK Govt.).
Level Two HelpDesk Service refers to JCS' support to local IT / software companies. Such support has been going on since 1996.
In addition, JCS provides the backend support services to several
portals; the main one being Singapore-Business.com

The experience gained has enabled JCS to provide consultancy services on Search Engine optimisation (SEO), email advertisting broadcast, directory listing and a whole host of services designed to help SMEs use IT and the Internet as low cost marketing & productivity tools. Established in 1990 as a software and training consultant, JCS Microsystems
(JCS) Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in September 1992 to focus on an
increasingly corporate client base relying on our skills in PC-network
integration, troubleshooting and computer equipment maintenance
to SMEs.
Today, JCS has a strong and experienced team
of systems engineers, software developers and web site designers
to meet its self-imposed challenge of staying strongly focused in
solving clients’ problems while anticipating potential bottlenecks
in the increasingly complex business operations of our clients.
At the same time, the function of technology watch is performed
as a service for our clients.
