and we shall reply, subject to the following observations:
(a) All respondents have a maximum of 1 email query per day and
2 follow-up to the same query over subsequent days. No more email support
will be provided on the same issue after this.
(b) Priority of answering will be given to clients who are on annual
maintenance or service contracts with JCS;
(c) No on-site support will be given after answering of your query.
If on-site support are required, we would levy a per call charge of $80.00
per hour.
(d) All respondents must state upon registering of a problem/query,
whether it is new or follow-up.
