Annual Maintenance Contract/ PC/ LAN Desktop HelpDesk

With our Hardware Maintenance Contract, we ensure that the client faced short downtime for their PCs and other equipment. This service is based on the three approaches of scheduled preventive maintenance, standby equipment and dedicated technical support and is usually contracted for a year. Together with our LAN Desktop HelpDesk support, our clients are also saved from anxiety when problems appear in their LAN NOS and off-the-shelf application software programmes.
